HIIT TRAINING
Time is one of our most valuable assets and we never appear to have enough of it. Every so often, it may be anything but difficult to squeeze in an exercise session since you feel that you probably wound not have enough time to get a good enough workout. This is one of the important benefits of HIIT style of training.
If your goal is to burn fat, interval training should be part of your workout program. The magic of high intensity interval training (or HIIT, for short) is that it keeps your body burning fat even after you leave the gym. These workouts are specifically designed to give optimum and fast results.
We design new HIIT WODs everyday that challenge you on all modalities of fitness. You can also join in for out HIIT group training sessions, these sessions are full of energy. They are designed to burn a lot of calories and promote lean muscle mass. Most importantly they are conducted under the guidance of our experienced trainers.
Our HIIT training sessions are with different exercise to recovery time protocols like TABATA, 30/30, 30/15, 40/20 etc. All these sessions are done in small groups with music to keep you in the mood.
